Bodybuilding Diet Busy Schedule

Posted by BigD

I GET UP AT 4:15 A.M. TAKE 6OZ OF SKIM MILK WITH WHEY, LIQUID CREATINE, AND OFF TO THE GYM. WHEN I GET BACK I START THE COFFE POT AND SHOWER, THEN I EAT BREAKFAST, USUALLY MET RX SHAKE, WITH TOAST, VITIMINS, HYDROXYCUT. SOMETIMES CERAL OR OATMEAL. THEN ABOUT TEN/TEN THIRTY I GET ANOTHER PROTIEN SHAKE. AT ABOUT ONE/ONE THRITY I MET RX, SOME COTTAGE CHEESE AND FRUIT. FOUR P.M. I TRY TO GET SOME PEANUT BUTTER, CRACKERS, WHEY PROTEIN, WITH THE HYDROXYCUT. THEN WHEN I GET HOME FROM WORK I TRY TO GET SOME KIND OF PASTA, CHICKEN, STEAK, AND VEGGIES INTO ME. MY TIME IS VERY LIMITED AS FAR AS TRYING TO PREPARE A LOT OF DIFFERENT THINGS. BUT, I DO FEEL THAT I NEED SOMETHING MORE AND THE EASIER THE BETTER....... WHAT DO YA'LL THINK??? MY ROUTINE IS POSTED UNDER THE TRAINING SECTION FOR ALL TO SEE. ANY REAL GOOD COMMENTS ARE WELCOME!! THNX TO ALL....

Need some more meats in your diet. Like maybe for breakfast and lunch. The cottage cheese w/ a shake is a good idea. Cook all your chicken and steak, etc.. in one shot and freeze what you don't eat, refridgerate what you eat tomorrow. Hey a can of tuna can be found as cheap as 40 cents and has around 35 grams of protein. Yeah I know the stuff sucks but ain't so bad w/ mustard or hot sauce blended in it.

What exactly is the goal you are working towards? What is your age? What's all the Hydroxycut for? Do you maintain a written log? Happy to give my .02 cents, but I need some backgroung. later.
