Drinking whole milk for muscle gain

If you're trying to gain lots of muscle and weight (6ft 140ish pounds) is it okay to drink whole milk or does the cholestoral make it not worth it.

Bro no matter how old you are you can never afford to eat unhealthy, yes your body is good at metabolizing when you are young but you can do just as much damaged at 14 than at 40. Your body does not need the saturated fat nor the extra cholesterol. You don't get high blood pressure and hardening of the arteries at 50 because you decided to have a some whole milk, it's because since you were 14 you've been doing the damage! I'm sure you eat enough foods that already contain more than enough fats, so don't over do it when it's just as easy to buy 1% milk and get the nutrients without all the extra fat and cholesterol.
