Ectomorph weight gain tips

I'm 21 and currently weigh between 180-185lbs(ectomorph), I'm desprately trying to get to 200lbs. I've tried most weight gainers like Enlarge and Mammoth. Non of them seem to do much, If anyone has any good ideas on foods and supplements that will help me pack on mass, please let me know. THANKS!

Please dont take this the wrong way....I was reading an article in a powerlifting magazine last month from an expert who said he was sick of hearing from people who claim they cant add mass and they dont know what to do....as though there is some kind of secret. In fact, there is no secret at all.....EAT MORE !!!! MORE PROTEIN, MORE COMPLEX CARBS !!! MORE MORE MORE!!! STUFF IT DOWN !!! FORCE YOURSELF !!!

If you want to weigh 200 pounds try this.

Eat 400 grams of protein every day. Use beef, turkey, chicken, tuna, eggs, milk, shakes...whatever you need to get there.

Eat 800 grams of carbs every day. Good carb sources are potatoes, pasta, oatmeal, rice, breads, juice, and shakes. Make sure you get tons of each.

Now heres the kicker. Don't try to cut fat out of your diet. Eat the whole egg. Don't trim your meat. Flax seed oil is king.

Mow down as much food and shakes as you can.

More carbs, more protein especially beef. Beef is the key to any mass/strength program.
