Morning workouts good or bad

Are there any bad effects form lifting in the morning?

Not that I've heard of bro. In fact...I heard that working out in the morning before you eat is a good thing becasue your body uses it's own fat as energy instead of the food you just ate. But I call it that you have a high motabilism...so anytime of the day should be okay.

I go to work everyday at 6:45am and get home at 7:30pm So I get up and work out at 5:00am Been doing this for about 10 years, no problems, been very happy with the results. I think you get out of your workouts what you put in them. Keep Liftin.

I also workout early in the morning and find it better as i can feed myself properly during the day.
