I TOO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY SHOULDER. I SWITCHED TO DUMBELL PRESSES INSTEAD OF STRAIGHT BAR AND THAT SEEMS TO HELP A BIT. ALSO BEFORE I HIT MY SHOULDERS I WILL RUB THEM WITH TIGER BALM. THIS IS WHAT I DO TO HELP EASE THE PAIN.

Talk to an orthrapedic.

My orthrapedic surgeon was in the same building as my phsical therapy.

PT wasn't enough for me so I had surgery, followed by a couple of months of PT.(I didn't have insurance, so all the money I saved up 4 my car, went to my shoulders)

I know its frustrating, but you will get better. I feel perfect today.

Same problem here.

I stay away from behind the neck anything, and I'm real carful about dips and things that really put my rotator cuff in weird positions with weird stresses.

Do rotator-cuff exercises. They have a good article about these in last months issue of Muscular Development. Strengthening the R-C will also help increase bench strength as this muscle gets stressed bad in any type of press movements.
