VERY STUBBORN BICEPS

I'VE BEEN LIFTING ABOUT TO YEARS. MY BICEP ROUTINE CONSISTS OF STANDING BARBELL CURLS 5 SETS TELL FAILURE. ALTERNATE DUMBELL CURL 5 SETS TELL FAILURE.AND COSINTRATION CURLS 5 SETS TO FAILURE . IT ALSO CHANGES EVERY WEEK I STILL GET A BURN BUT NOT MUCH GROWTH. CAN SOME ONE GIVE A TIP MAYBE IM OVER TRAINING

I'm sure thst you are overtraining.try an absolutely different method: pick three exercises (i do barbell curls, alternate dumbbell curls and hammer curls) aind do just two sets each. but go to the absolute limit each set be aggressive, do one heavy /6-8) and one moderate(10-12) set of each exrcise and cheat a bit on the dumbbell curls. i believe that they are the most potent mass builder for biceps. barbell curls are overrated for overall mass. to finish, pick another different exercise (cable, machine, concentration curls) everytime you train and do the same sets scheme. go all out on each set and really fight the weight.
